Reaction Paper About Pnoy's SONA 2013

   At first, I didn't really much care about the SONA of the Presidents of our country. The last SONA of the administration were full of questionable claims and ambiguity. But this time I actually listened to the 2013 SONA of Pnoy.

   As the year has passed, It was really pleasing to hear the accomplishments of the president and i cant wait to see his plans bring the country to a better environment and situation.  There are many things that the present administration needs to be done, and with 3 years remaining in his term, the president must accomplish much much more.

    There are a lot of gains in the present administration,but there are 2 big and important accomplishments that this administration has been able to accomplish - a radical reduction of systematic coruption(still not the ideal) and our investment grade status. The nation's economy has been very busy and it's about time.But however, Inclusive growth seems to be still volatile but it will take a long time to achieve. What I really like with Pnoy is that he seems to be fairly sincere in leaving a better government for the following president, that's like history just repeats itself.


     I also asked my father on what his views were and this is what he said(translated from bisaya to tagalog):

    "Ang ika apat na SONA ni pnoy ay isang pagtawag ng mga kontribusyon.'makiambag sa solusyon'. Walang direktang implikasyon sa ekonomiya maliban sa merong kasalukuyang pagsisikap bagaman hindi nakikitang nagaganap tulad nang pag gawa ng mga trabaho at ng exportation ng bigas."

   "Ang presidenteng ito ay seryoso at focus sa kanyang tungkulin at ginagawa niya ang mga bagay-bagay gamit ang demokratikong proseso. Ito ay napakalaking katiyakan para sakin bilang isang Pilipino"

     Let us pray as a nation for the nation.
